Crochet Butterfly Kiss Headband
Crochet Butterfly Kiss Headband is the 2nd butterfly headband I’ve made. The Butterfly Flutterby Headband was made using pop stitches so the butterflies were 3D looking. I’ve been playing around lately to come up with a new butterfly design that works up flat.
The written pattern for the Crochet Butterfly Kiss Headband is made to fit a 19-20 inch sized head but there are pattern notes that include the math to size the pattern. If you’re looking to make it an inch bigger you could almost get away with using a larger size (US J10/6.00mm) of hook.
I used 3 colours of Red Heart Super Saver yarn, white, butterfly and black. I love the way the colour butterfly works up, it’s perfect for just that, butterflies! Any kind of variegated yarn would work up lovely. I’d love to see what colours you use.
