Best Gentleman Crochet Scarf
I made Best Gentleman Crochet Scarf to match the hat for a recent order. I made a Choose Your Own Adventure Crochet Hat with brim and he made mention how he would like to order a scarf in the near future. He wanted it to be a long tube, something he could stick his head in and wrap around his neck, or to wrap around his neck with his hands tucked inside the tube.
I ended up making Best Gentleman Crochet Scarf in two pieces because I didn’t really understand what it was he was wanting. I was under the impression he was wanting an infinity scarf. Its an extra long MUFF!! lol I worked up the first panel then it finally clicked on what he wanted. I got to work right away on the 2nd panel.
I made this pattern on a whim but as soon as I posted pictures of it, people wanted a pattern so I have written up how you can make your own, only I’ve made it so that the scarf can be worked all as one piece, no joining. It’s a super easy pattern, all you need to know is front and back post double crochet stitches.
Shown below is the scarf made with 3 balls of Patons Canadiana yarn, it would be recommended to use 4-5 balls if you would like to make the scarf longer to be used as a muff as well.
