Waffle Stitch Flower Garden Baby Set
Waffle Stitch Flower Garden Baby Set is made to fit the average sized 6 month old baby according to Craft Yarn Councils Standards. The Waffle Stitch Flower Garden Baby Set was made using Red Heart Shimmer in 3 colours. To work these patterns you need to have a good understanding of Front and Back Post Stitches.
The pattern posted below free to view is for a 6 month sized Waffle Stitch Flower Garden Baby hat, if you would like you can purchase a pdf copy on Ravelry that includes the math and sizing chart to make the hat any size. The matching leggings and sweater patterns are for 6 month sizing only and can also be purchased on Ravelry, purchase the eBook to save.
I originally made a hat then got the idea to make leggings and a sweater, only after making my hat I realized I didn’t have enough yarn in the same colours to make a matching set but I did have some different colours of the same yarn so I worked up the set mismatched colours, I’m sure Dolly doesn’t mind. My entire set was made using Red Heart Shimmer.
Update..
I was recently informed that Red Heart Shimmer has been discontinued so I was given the choice to rework the pattern using Red Heart With Love Metallic, I chose to try the With Love Metallic. Check out my yarn and pattern review.. http://dearestdebi.com/with-love-flower-garden-baby
