Love, love love this! Thanks for the adult sizes too!
No problem. Let me know if you work it up. 🙂
how many balls of yarn are required for this pattern?
I had added the yardage to ravelry and forgot to put it here. I’ve added it to the pattern now. I used just over half a 400g ball for the child size. If you are making adult size you will probably use about 3/4 of a 400g ball.
So glad I found you on Pinterest! Love this and will be making others on your blog too…..but I was wondering if you would be able to adjust to make it more rounded on top instead of pointy? like this?http://www.etsy.com/listing/78063920/bluebear-rosebear-baby-cowls-finished?ref=sr_gallery_6&ga_search_submit=&ga_search_query=baby+cowl&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=US&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmade…..would love a pattern? thanks…Vicki

where do I find the pattern for the top part?
I give the math and gauge for the top part all you need to know is how to work the star stitch, I’ve linked tutorials to learn how to work the star stitch. I have one in the works and will be editing the pattern to include full instructions soon.
