Recently I hooked up this Chunky Bunny Cotton Crochet Pullover using Bunny Soft yarn from my yarn shop mixed with some rich cotton.
These yarns may not be available but there are always similar type yarns in my shop to work with. Bunny Soft is a Bulky #7. I used 4 skeins = 240.6 yards (220.0 meters), 7.05 ounces. You will need one extra ball for the sleeves. The Rich Cotton is a fine #2. I used 2 skeins = 382.8 yards (350.0 meters), 3.53 ounces.
When working with the bulky yarn I used a US L/8.00mm hook.
When working with the fine yarn I used a US N/10.00mm hook.
