T-Fal ActiFry Pumpkin Seeds
I recently purchased a T-fal ActiFry on sale and have been looking for recipes. It’s Hallowe’en and I’ve got pumpkin seeds so I got this great idea to throw them in my actifry.
Here goes nothing! I have been really scared to use my ActiFry. There are recipes out there but not very many. There’s a guide in the book but it always feels like I’m going into this completely blind. I put the pumpkin seeds in with about 1/2 a tablespoon of vegetable oil, it’s the only oil I had on hand. Turned on the actifry for 20 minutes with the paddle in. As I was cooking the seeds they started to group together and were not passing over the paddle so I had to shuffle them up, I use a silicone spatula, or you can give the actifry a small shake. At 20 minutes I tried them and they weren’t crispy but were just about done. I cooked them for another 5 minutes and they turned out perfect. Oh MY! These T-fal actifry pumpkin seeds are delicious!

How to cook T-Fal ActiFry Pumpkin Seeds..
Prep time:
- 10-20 minutes.
Cook time:
- 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin seeds (Approximately 1.5 cups)
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt
Instructions:
Take fresh pumpkin seeds right out of the pumpkin and put into ActiFry with 1/2 a tablespoon of oil. Cook for 20-25 minutes making sure to shuffle them a few times while cooking as they can get backed up in the paddle. 25 minutes for perfect crispy pumpkin seeds. When finished cooking salt to taste.
