Serendipity Hearts Doily

dc-cl  (dc cluster): *yo, insert hook in next dc, pull up a loop, yo, draw through 2 loops on hook, rep from * once, yo, draw through last 3 loops on hook.
v-st: (dc, ch 1, dc) in same st.

Serendipity Hearts Doily is based on of the Valentine Hearts Bonnet I recently made. I have 2 ideas rolling around in my head for things I’d like to make so I started working it out. The first 2 rounds of hearts worked out perfectly so I decided to attempt a 3 round of hearts. By sheer serendipity my project became a beautiful hearts doily. ( I cannot say what my ideas are just yet, they are a secret! Sometimes are better left as surprises.)

I’ve never made a doily before but there is always a first for everything. With Valentines just around the corner this will make the perfect center piece doily for your valentines dinner date! Use it under the table center piece or even as a place mat!

I have pulled out my 3rd row of hearts in hopes to be able to work up one of these ideas rolling around in my head.. be on the look out for a new project!
