NeverEnding Crochet Scarf Shrug
I have been working on this piece on and off for the last 2 months between everything else. If you haven’t noticed by now I have many things on the go. It’s keeps things interesting and I tell myself there’s no problem as long as I am finishing things. Speaking of finishing things, I have finished theΒ NeverEnding Crochet Scarf Shrug.
This project requiresΒ 1200 yards of yarn! That’s 3 balls of Ice Yarns – Super Baby #2 fine yarn and about 50 yards of 2 alternate colours green and some sort of flower colour. Next time remind me to workΒ upΒ a piece this big with aΒ stitch that works up faster! Though I don’t think I would have gotten the look I wanted.
The last 2 months while working on this pieces I’ve had some music playing in my head. This is the song that never ends, cause you know.. lol it’s the piece that never ends!Β β© βͺ β« β¬ I am so happy to finally be done this piece, it’s just as pretty as I expected.

Would love to see pictures if you do work one up π

Directions are for Medium. The pattern is sizeable, you can add width or length easily. The arm size fits med-xl just need to change length for anything bigger than a medium. For anything larger than an xl I would recommend making it wider.

I downloaded this pattern but I’m confused on row 24. It says to join mc in the first DC of round 22…but there is no DC for round 22. Could you email me and help with this please? Thanks so much!
DearestDebi says
Row 24: where it says to work in row 22, it should say row 23. Updated.

I’m confused on the beginning. You begin with 66 chain…then the next row says to ch1, sk 1, ch 1…should that read sc not sk??
DearestDebi says
There was an error. I’ve updated the first 3 rows and have updated the pattern.

This is beautiful and I want to make it, one problem, I can’t figure out how you would put it on???
DearestDebi says
It’s made like a scarf then the arms are sewn together, can wrap around your body then put your arms in.

Thank you so much for sharing your talent!

Hi, I’m confused by row 22. It says that I should end up with 21v stitches. However if you’re doing V stitches in your chain one space and you have 65 stitches then you have approc 32 spaces..you definitely end up with more 21v stitches?.
DearestDebi says
Youβre not working in every stitch. Make sure to follow the directions. There should be 21 vsts.
Kimberly Uildersma says
I realized that. After I hit send. I should not attempt to read patterns before I’m sufficiently caffeinated. LOL
