September 3, 2012 By: DearestDebi18 Comments

Your favorite brands under one roof: Patons, Bernat, Caron, Lily Sugar‘n Cream, Phentex, and now Red Heart! New and innovative yarn is added all the time.

Fingerless Gloves

This was one of the first patterns I worked up. I had it saved on my external hard drive and just found it again. It’s a pretty simple pair of cotton fingerless gloves.

This is just what I’ve been looking for. I’ve found tons of patterns for fingerless gloves but none of them were exactly what I wanted. This one is! Thanks!

      You got lucky!! (:

I wrote this pattern some time ago and then forgot about it. I found it on my external drive the other day so I had to post it. Glad you like it!

I’m a bit confused! I love these and agree that they are adorably different. I get stuck on round 2. Once I finish the first round, I just cant figure out which way to “turn” it. I wish there was a video tutorial, I want to make these in the worst way :O(

I have not forgot about you, sorry I’ve been sick, the kids have been sick, just that time of year. I am hoping that I can get some pictures for you by the end of the week.

In the 2nd round the ends will be joined so there is no need for turning or chaining and just start working on original/first chain loop right?? I would call myself a beginner just completed my first two projects lol.

There is only one turn which is at the beginning of rnd 2. Once you are finished rnd 2 you continue working in one direction.

I also had trouble with row 2. I crochet left handed, so it’s doubly confusing for me. I did, however, figure out a way to do it, although I don’t know how! I just did it by hook or by crook 🙂 Anyway, I love the results. I also added a row of sc and a row of the ruffle to the thumb opening and it came out cute.
Thanks for the great pattern. Love it.

Hi I am having trouble with the count. I am making a size small. The counts for rounds 1 and 2 are perfect. When I get to round 3, I keep having more than 28 stitches. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I will take a look at this pattern tomorrow and see if I can work one up and at the same time make a quick video.

I tried to download pattern, but there is something else that comes on the screen to download into my computer. I do not want anything but the pattern. How do I get just the pattern?

    Hi Debi!
Just wanted to let you know, that I’ve made two pairs of gloves using your lovely pattern! If you’re interested, you can see the result on my blog: http://garnkusserne.blogspot.dk/2013/05/hklede-handsker.html (in Danish). I have – off course – made sure to put in a link to your blog 🙂

Hi, I don’t know if you still monitor this pattern, but I have tried to download it twice, once with my email address, and once with a Facebook like (I think) but it won’t open either way. I read pdf’s on my kindle, but it won’t open there either. Please help! Thanks in hope, Paula
