Crochet Simple Layered Flower

Crochet Simple Layered Flower is a quick and easy pattern for advanced beginners. You will need to know how to work in the front and back loops of your work. This pattern can be worked up in under an hour and would make an adorable embellishment for a hat or blanket.

The flower requires approximately 30 yards or less of any #3 light/DK yarn. This is the perfect project to use up some of those scraps of yarn you have left over. Work it in a solid colour or any variegated colours you have on hand. I used Ice Yarns – Magic Baby in the colours white, pink and purple and I also worked up a flower using Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable in the colour Candied. The flower measures approximately 4″ in diameter when finished.
