Crochet Market Bag
A crochet market bag perfect to use for your fresh fruits and veggies.
Over 5 years ago when I was living in Toronto there was a new law put into place that there would be a fee placed all plastic bags used to carry home purchases. This fee was even implemented in restaurants for take out bags but was not implemented for produce bags that are provided in grocery stores.
Even though I no longer live in a city that has this plastic bag fee I still carry around cloth bags to put my purchases in and try my hardest to say no to the plastic bag any way that I can. Now I have a way to eliminate using those plastic produce bags too.
This is just another Green Ideas my family uses . We are finding any way we can to reduce our carbon foot print and I'm also offering this Crochet Market Bag as a free pattern so that others too can help join in to help.
Say NO to the plastic bag!
