Crochet Flower Girl Tutu
Crochet Flower Girl Tutu was made for my little girl who is turning 3! The other day I worked up a crochet flower girl crown and decided to make a matching tutu to go with it since her old tutu is too small.
I also hooked up my crochet flower basket pattern! A perfect match for a 3 pieces crochet flower girl set. This set is just too cute, my baby girl loves it, as soon as I added the last piece of tulle she wanted it on and has not taken it off!

Adding Tulle..
I picked up 3 colours of tulle. It’s best to get tulle on the roll. If you get tulle on the roll you will need between 20-22 yards.
I went to lens mills and they only had tulle on the bolt, I grabbed 2 yards of 60″ wide tulle in 3 colours, Purple, White & Pink. I probably only needed about a yard for the 3″ wide strips, if you cut 4 inch strips you will need 1.5 yards.. Cutting tulle really can be a pain, I got the idea to roll it around a 3 inch wide piece of cardboard and cut along the edges (I’d probably do 4″ wide tulle if I were to do it again). Since the bolts are 60″ wide I cut the strips in half so my strips ended up being 3″ wide by 30″ long.
I added tulle in between the sc stitches from round 2 of the waist band. If you need help adding the tulle there is a photo tutorial available on my crochet tutu waistband pattern.
