Crochet Cross Stitch Toddler Beanie

Crochet Cross Stitch Toddler Beanie

I had been staring at this yarn for almost 2 days and had no ideas what to do with it..

Red Heart Soft Baby Steps - this yarn is soft!

I was browsing through some of my photos and I came across one of the first 10 crochet patterns I had made. One of them was a pattern from Naztazia. I worked up her crochet hook case (as shown below) and it gave me the idea to use a stitch that was used for the case cover. A crochet cross stitch.

I decided I wanted to attempt a beanie with the cross stitch. Shown below on the chart is how to do a hdc cross, you need to skip one st, hdc in next, your next hdc will be worked in the skipped st.

I have just tried to copy/paste the above pattern but it won’t let me do it. Any suggestions/help please. Christine (Australia)

Don’t worry I just found the print ‘button’ at the end of the pattern. Hard to copy as it comes up ‘to delete’ with a cross when you try to copy/paste. Not an easy way to copy patterns. thanks anyway for the patterns.
